SCHOOL CONTRACTS:THE TEACHING WELL FORMS PARTNERSHIPS WITH SCHOOL COMMUNITIES, SOMETIMES ACROSS MULTIPLE YEARS, ANDPROVIDES A VARIETY OF INDIVIDUAL, INTERPERSONAL, AND SYSTEMS-LEVEL INTERVENTIONS, INCLUDING:1. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AROUND AREAS LIKE STRESS RESILIENCE, MANAGING VICARIOUS TRAUMA, HEALTHY COMMUNICATION, AND FINANCIAL WELLNESS,2. ONE ON ONE MINDFUL MENTORING SESSIONS WITH TEACHERS TO TURN THESE CONCEPTS INTO HABITS,3. SCHOOL SITE RESEARCH TO PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE ANALYSIS AROUND CAMPUS SUSTAINABILITY, AND4. EXECUTIVE-LEVEL LEADERSHIP COACHING TO HELP ADMINISTRATORS BUILD HEALTHY SCHOOL SYSTEMS INFORMED BY TEACHER VOICE.IN 2022-23, WE SERVED A TOTAL OF 31 SCHOOLS AND 11 SCHOOL DISTRICTS ACROSS THE NATION WITH OUR SIGNATURECOACHING AND TRAINING MODEL, AND SECURED A TOTAL OF $757,054.49 IN CONTRACT REVENUE FROM THESE SITE PARTNERS. 93% OF OUR TEACHERS REPORT SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN WELLNESS HABITS THROUGH PARTNERSHIP WITH THE TEACHING WELL THAT HAVE MADE THEM A BETTER EDUCATOR. INCREASED RETENTION AS A RESULT OF BETTER WORKING CONDITIONS CREATED SAVINGS OF ALMOST $4.5 MILLION FOR SCHOOLS AND DISTRICTS.
OTHER EDUCATION (NON-SCHOOL) OR NON-EDUCATION CONTRACTS:IN ADDITION TO OUR FULL-SCHOOL SIGNATURE PROGRAM, WE ALSO OFFER SPECIALIZED LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR SCHOOL AND DISTRICT EXECUTIVES, AS WELL AS SUITES OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO SITES AND NETWORKS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. WE PARTNERED WITH PHILANTHROPIC INSTITUTIONS TO MAKE THESE OFFERINGS ACCESSIBLE. IN 2021-22, WE HAD 11 NON-SCHOOL/EDUCATION PARTNERSHIPS.
