IN THE YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2021, CATHOLIC HOSPICE, INC. PROVIDED MORE THAN 205,000 DAYS OF CARE TO MORE THAN 3,034 PATIENTS. MORE THAN 5,150 INDIVIDUALS WERE REFERRED TO OUR SERVICE, AND MORE THAN 2,613 NEW PATIENTS STARTED RECEIVING CARE DURING THE YEAR. IN ADDITION, CATHOLIC HOSPICE PROVIDED BEREAVEMENT SERVICES TO THE FAMILIES OF 2,115 PATIENTS. BEREAVEMENT SERVICES WERE AVAILABLE FOR FAMILIES FOR TWELVE MONTHS AFTER A PATIENT'S PASSING.
