AVOW HOSPICE CREATES PEACE OF MIND BY PROVIDING COMPASSIONATE CARE AND SUPPORT TO THOSE WHO NEED US. THE PALLIATIVE AND SUPPORTIVE CARE SERVICE ENFOLDS OUR PATIENTS AND FAMILIES IN A CARE PLAN THAT INCLUDES MEDICAL SERVICES, COMPLIMENTARY THERAPIES, SPIRITUAL CARE, BEREAVEMENT SERVICES, CHILDREN'S BEREAVEMENT PROGRAMS, GRIEF SUPPORT AND SOCIAL SUPPORT WITH RESPECT TO OUR PATIENTS' INDEPENDENCE, FREEDOM OF CHOICE AND RIGHT TO MAKE THEIR OWN DECISIONS ABOUT THEIR END-OF-LIFE CARE. FOR THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, A COMFORTABLE INPATIENT FACILITY WITH PRIVATE ROOMS IS PROVIDED. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED REGARDLESS OF THE ABILITY TO PAY.
