ALIVIA CARE, INC. WAS DEVELOPED TO PROVIDE THE FRAMEWORK AND SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF INNOVATIVE CARE SOLUTIONS (HOSPICE CARE, PALLIATIVE CARE, ETC.) THAT HELP THOSE WITH SERIOUS ILLNESS, CHRONIC ILLNESS, END-STAGE ILLNESS OR GERIATRIC FRAILTY LIVE BETTER AND HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR HEALTHCARE NEEDS. ALIVIA CARE HAS SOUGHT TO PURSUE THIS GOAL THROUGH COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS AND STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS IN PROGRAMS, TECHNOLOGY, AND PARTNERSHIPS THAT CREATE THE CAPACITY TO PROVIDE OR SUPPORT SERVICES AND PROGRAMS FOR OUR PATIENTS, FAMILIES, AND THOSE WHO PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE AND TO THEM.
