TO PROVIDE OR TO ASSIST IN SECURING THE PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES OF HOUSTON COUNTY, FACILITATING THEIR PARTICIPATION IN SOCIETY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES.
