DURING THE CURRENT YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION OPERATED CUSTODIAL AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS AT FORT BENNING, GEORGIA AND THE MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE IN ALBANY, GEORGIA. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE JAVITS-WAGGNER O'DAY ACT, 75% OR MORE DIRECT LABOR HOURS WERE PERFORMED BY INDIVIDUALS WITH DOCUMENTED DISABILITIES. THESE SERVICES PROVIDE TEAM MEMBERS WORK ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THEIR DISABILITIES WHILE DEVELOPING BEHAVIORS THAT PREPARE THEM TO WORK IN COMPETITIVE EMPLOYMENT ENVIRONMENTS. POWER WORKS PROVIDED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO 122 PEOPLE THROUGH ITS FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS WITH 3670 HOURS OF CASE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT.
