SUB-CONTRACT ACTIVITIES PROVIDE FOR CLIENT JOB TRAINING AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT WHICH TRAINS THE CLIENTS TO BE AN EFFECTIVE EMPLOYEE IN A WORK SETTING.
