HEALTH AND BEHAVIORAL DIMENSIONS (HBD) FOCUSED ON IMPROVING ITS SERVICES AND SUPPORT SYSTEMS IN 2021. IT EXPANDED ITS HR DEPARTMENT TO BETTER SUPPORT ITS EMPLOYEES AND GAVE INCREMENTAL PAY INCREASES RESULTING IN ALL EMPLOYEES BEING PAID ABOVE THE 2025 PROJECTED MINIMUM WAGE.HBD ARRANGED FOR EASIER ACCESS TO MEDICAL SERVICES (PCP AND PSYCH).HBD UPDATED HOME DECOR LIVING SPACES, SO INDIVIDUALS HAVE MORE PRIDE IN THEIR HOMES.HBD REFOCUSED AND PUT MORE EMPHASIS ON THE DSP'S BEING THE FOUNDATION OF OUR COMPANY IN ORDER TO INCREASE EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION.HBD SERVED MORE THAN 50 INDIVIDUALS BETWEEN THE RESIDENTIAL AND ADULT DAY TRAINING PROGRAMS.HBD OPERATED 9 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS IN BROWARD COUNTY AND PROVIDED WRAP-AROUND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES TO TEENS AND ADULTS THROUGHOUT ITS PROGRAMS.HBD CONTINUED TO FOCUS ON POSITIVE BEHAVIOR SUPPORTS TO INCREASE ABILITY, ENCOURAGE INDEPENDENCE, AND PROMOTE A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE.HBD HAS BEEN PROUD TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN ACHIEVING THEIR DREAMS IN A PLACE WHERE STRENGTHS ARE RECOGNIZED AND IMPORTANT EVENTS ARE CELEBRATED.
