ADULT DAY TRAINING - PROVIDED DAY TRAINING PROGRAM FOR APPROXIMATELY 50 PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. PROGRAMMING IS PERSON-DIRECTED AND AIMED AT IMPROVING INDEPENDENCE AND QUALITY OF LIFE BY FOCUSING ON SKILL DEVELOPMENT RELATED SAFETY, HEALTH AND WELLNESS, INDEPENDENT LIVING, ACADEMIC, EMPLOYMENT, AND SOCIAL SKILLS.GROUP HOME PROGRAMS - PROVIDED LONG TERM RESIDENTIAL CARE FOR APPROXIMATELY 45 ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES FOR 365 DAYS. THIS RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM PROVIDES CLIENTS WITH SERVICES TO MAXIMIZE HEALTH AND SAFETY, ASSISTANCE AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT WITH DAILY LIVING SKILLS, BEHAVIOR THERAPY, TRANSPORTATION, SUPPORTS DESIGNED TO HELP CLIENTS ACHIEVE PERSONALLY IMPORTANT GOALS, WHILE ALLOWING FOR A MORE INDEPENDENT, SELF-SUFFICIENT LIFESTYLE.NURSING PROGRAM - SUNRISEARC'S MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (MAP) PROVIDES CRITICAL MEDICAL COORDINATION SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH I/DD FACING DIFFICULT MEDICAL CIRCUMSTANCES WHILE LIVING IN COMMUNITY BASED SETTINGS. THE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PROVIDES DIRECT SERVICES TO PEOPLE INCLUDING A FULL-TIME RN WHO COMPETENTLY MONITORS AND COORDINATES THE HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR OUR CLIENTS. THE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES STAFF WHO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION AND NEEDED SUPPORT TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS. THE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM GIVES PEOPLE WITH I/DD THE ABILITY TO HAVE THEIR MEDICAL CONDITIONS TREATED AND REDUCES THEIR DEPENDENCE UPON CRISIS INTERVENTION SERVICES, INCLUDING 911 EMERGENCY. MOST IMPORTANTLY THE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PREVENTS PEOPLE WITH I/DD.PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM - SUNRISEARC'S PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM PROVIDES A CONTINUITY OF CARE; WHILE ENSURING THAT INDIVIDUALS ARE RECEIVING THE TOOLS TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE IN HIS OR HER HOME, WORK OR COMMUNITY, BY RECEIVING SERVICES IN A LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT. ADDITIONALLY, PROVIDING COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES TO DISTINCT PERSONALITIES IN A NON-RESIDENTIAL SETTING, CLASSROOM DYNAMIC OF NO MORE THAN 12 PEOPLE PER CLASS. INCLUDING ASSESSMENT EDUCATION THAT TEACHES INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS, BY PROVIDING SOCIETAL AND INTERPERSONAL ACTIVITIES WITH A COMPASSIONATE AND ORGANIZED STRUCTURE AND ATMOSPHERE. THE PSR PROGRAM IS THE MERGING OF COMMUNITY SERVICES AND EXPRESSIVE EDUCATION, WITH THE ADDITION OF BENEFICIAL TECHNIQUES BEST SUITED FOR THE INDIVIDUAL. CURRENTLY THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED WITH TWO FLEXIBLE CLASS TIMES, MAXING OUT ENROLLMENT AT NO MORE THAN 24 INDIVIDUALS (12 MAX PER CLASS) AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
