DIRECT ASSISTANCE WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING AND HOUSEHOLD CHORES ESSENTIAL TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE ENROLLEE, INCLUDING BUDGET MANAGEMENT, ATTENDING APPOINTMENTS, AND INTERPERSONAL AND SOCIAL SKILLS- BUILDING TO ENABLE PARTICIPANTS TO LIVE IN A HOUSE IN A COMMUNITY.
