NAVAJO COUNTY JUNIOR LIVESTOCK, INC.'S PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE ACTIVITIES ARE, WERE, AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE, FOCUSED ON ECUCATING 4-H AND FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA (FFA) MEMBERS AGES 9-19, IN THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION AND SALE OF LIVESTOCK, BY FACILITATING THE ANNUAL NAVAJO COUNTY, AZ LIVESTOCK SHOW AND AUCTION OF THEIR LIVESTOCK PROJECTS.

Part 3 - Line 4a

FOR THE 2021 NAVAJO COUNTY FAIR LIVESTOCK SHOW AND AUCTION, 84 YOUTH AGES 9-19, EXHIBITED AND SOLD THEIR LIVESTOCK PROJECTS. ALL PARTICIPANTS ALSO HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN AN EDUCATIONAL HEPTATHALON, IN WHICH THEY COULD CHOOSE THREE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES. THIS WAS IN ADDITION TO SHOWING THEIR LIVESTOCK PROJECT AND PARTICIPATING IN SHOWMANSHIP AND THE AUCTION. THE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDED CREATING AN AGRICULTURAL RELATED POSTER, PROVIDING A DEMONSTRATION TO OTHER PARTICIPANTS, COMPLETING A RECORD BOOK, LIVESTOCK JUDGING OR PARTICIPATING IN A QUIZ BOWL.
