TO POSITIVELY ENHANCE THE NKY BUSINESS CLIMATE BY INCREASING THE REGION'S WORKFORCE AND LEADERSHIP PIPELINE; NORTHERN KENTUCKY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOUNDATION, THE 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT AFFILIATE OF THE NORTHERN KENTUCKY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, SERVES AS A BACKBONE ORGANIZATION WITH A MISSION TO POSITIVELY ENHANCE THE BUSINESS CLIMATE IN NORTHERN KENTUCKY BY DEVELOPING IN-DEMAND WORKFORCE TALENT AND COMMUNITY LEADERS DEDICATED TO ECONOMIC GROWTH AND REGIONAL SUSTAINABILITY.

IT IS A COMPREHENSIVE, HOLISTIC WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT/TALENT STRATEGY INITIATIVE LED BY THE NORTHERN KENTUCKY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN CONJUNCTION WITH KEY WORKFORCE PARTNERS WHO ARE COMMITTED TO DRIVING OUTCOMES FOR TALENT PIPELINE MANAGEMENT FOR BOTH SUPPLY AND DEMAND NEEDS. THIS INITIATIVE TRANSITIONED AWAY FROM CHAMBER LEADERSHIP IN 2022, THOUGH WE REMAIN A PARTNER IN THE WORK.
