THE JUNIOR LEAGUE OF GAINESVILLE (JLG)IS CREATING REAL CHANGE IN ALACHUA COUNTY BY ADVANCING SOCIAL ACTIVISM-FOCUSED PROJECTS THAT DIRECTLY BENEFIT OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY! WE MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT THROUGH EFFECTIVE ACTION AND LEADERSHIP. AS ONE OF HUNDREDS OF JUNIOR LEAGUE CHAPTERS ACROSS THE WORLD, WE ARE A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION OF JUNIOR LEAGUES INTERNATIONAL, INC.(AJLI). JLG PLAYS AN INTEGRAL PART IN THE DEVELOPMENT, IMPROVEMENT, AND SUPPORT OF THE COMMUNITIES OF ALACHUA COUNTY. PROJECTS INCLUDE: ACTION AGAINST HUNGER IN ALACHUA COUNTY AND MIRACLE ON MAIN STREET (MOMS).
