TO PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DOCUMENTED DISABILITIES BY OFFERING AN OPPORTUNITY TO ENTER THE WORKFORCE AND BECOME INDEPENDENT AND SELF-SUFFICIENT COMMUNITY MEMBERS. THE EMPLOYEES DEVELOP A POSITIVE WORK ETHIC AND LEARN WORK SKILLS THAT WILL ALLOW THEM TO MAINTAIN MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT.

THE PROGRAMS OPERATED BY GINFL SERVICES, INC. ARE INTENDED TO PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT IN A COMPETITIVE SETTING. A TOTAL OF 27 INDIVIDUALS WITH DOCUMENTED DISABILITIES WERE EMPLOYED IN THE PROGRAM. COLLECTIVELY, THEY WORKED MORE THAN 42,000 HOURS DURING THE COURSE OF THE YEAR.
