THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION, INC. PROVIDES THE GENERAL PUBLIC A LAWYER REFERRAL SERVICE AND DISTRIBUTES A PUBLICATION TO ALL OF ITS MEMBERS TO INFORM THEM OF CURRENT EVENTS AFFECTING THE LEGAL PROFESSION. PRACTICE SECTIONS AND CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS ARE HELD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE PROFESSION IN SPECIFIC AREAS OF THE LAW. REGULAR MEETINGS ARE HELD TO ENCOURAGE INTERACTION AMONG MEMBERS AND TO PROMOTE THE LEGAL PROFESSION IN GENERAL. PRO BONO LEGAL SERVICE PROJECTS AND COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAMS CONTRIBUTE LEGAL SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY.

BAR ASSOCIATION - ORGANIZES PRACTICE SECTIONS FOR LAWYERS AND SUPPORTS THE LEGAL COMMUNITY IN TAMPA, FLORIDA BY HOSTING VARIOUS EVENTS, COMMITTEES, DIVIDIONS, CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION AND ENCOURAGING INTERACTION BETWEEN ITS MEMBERS.
LAWYER REFERRAL SERVICE - THIS SERVICE PUTS MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY IN TOUCH WITH AN ATTORNEY THAT CAN ASSIST THEM WITH THEIR CURRENT LEGAL ISSUES.
MEMBERSHIP LUNCHEONS - MEMBERSHIP LUNCHEONS ARE USED TO PROVIDE EDUCATION OF CURRENT TOPICS IN LAW AND ALSO ARE USED AS A NETWORKING EVENT SO THE LAWYERS CAN FORM BETTER WORKING RELATIONSHIPS.
THE LAWYER - THE LAWYER IS A MAGAZINE PRODUCED BY THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR. IT PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH EDUCATION AND UPDATES ON CURRENT LEGAL ISSUES AND INFORMS THEM OF ASSOCIATION EVENTS AND HAPPENINGS IN THE LEGAL COMMUNITY.
