THE GEORGIA TRIAL LAWYERS ASSOCIATION HAS WORKED IN THE LEGISLATIVE, POLITICAL AND MEDIA ARENAS SINCE 1956 TO ENSURE THAT GEORGIANS KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF THEIR RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY AND THE VITAL ROLE OF THE CIVIL JUSTICE SYSTEM, AND TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT THESE RIGHTS ARE SAFEGUARDED AND PROTECTED.
