THE ORGANIZATION IS A DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES PROVIDER SERVING ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL OR OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. SERVICES MOVE PEOPLE ALONG A CONTINUUM FROM DEPENDENCE TO INDEPENDENCE, PROVIDING A PROGRAM THAT MEETS INDIVIDUAL NEEDS: FROM ADULT DAY TRAINING TO COMMUNITY INCLUSION TO SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT AND SUPPORTED LIVING. EACH PERSON ENTERS THE SERVICE CONTINUUM AT THEIR LEVEL OF COMPETENCE AND MOVES ALONG THE CONTINUUM AS BEST THEY ARE ABLE AND WILLING TO PROGRESS.
