FOSTER AMATEUR EQUESTRIAN SPORTS COMPETITION; CONFER ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS TO VARIOUS DIRECT PARTICIPANTS IN EQUESTRIAN SPORTS COMPETITION; EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN PROPER METHODS & TECHNIQUES OF HORSEMANSHIP; PROVIDE A FORUM & VOICE FOR HORSEMEN TO SHARE THEIR KNOWLEDGE, TALENTS & SKILLS IN HORSEMANSHIP; PROMOTE & CONDUCT HORSE SHOW COMPETITIONS; PROVIDE VOLUNTEERS FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS REGARDING THE CARE, TRAINING & TREATMENT OF HORSES; PROVIDE AN ACCIDENT & BENEVOLENT FUND FOR THE ASSISTANCE OF LOW INCOME PROFESSIONAL HORSEMEN IN TIMES OF NEED OR EMERGENCY; AND, PROVIDE GRANTS & SCHOLARSHIPS TO CHILDREN OF LOW INCOME FAMILIES FOR EDUCATION AT A COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY.
