PROVIDE EROSION CONTROL PROGRAMS ON RIVERS, STREAMS, AND UNNAMED TRIBUTARIES LOCATED IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, INCLUDING WATER QUALITY AND QUANTITY IMPROVEMENTS. PROVIDE FARMERS EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS, BEST MANAGMENT PRACTICES (BMP), PROVIDE IRRIGATION IMPROVEMENTS FOR WATER CONSERVATION, ENERGY CONSERVATION, WASTE MANAGEMENT ON WATER RUN OFF FROM LIVESTOCK, PASTURE MANAGEMENT, AND FOOD SAFETY CROPS, FARM TO SCHOOL PROGRAMS, FARMERS MARKETS, PROVIDE EDUCATION ON TREE PLANTING PROGRAMS IN GEORGIA STATEWIDE IN COMMUNITIES FOR QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES.
