TO ENGAGE THOSE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS OR AT RISK OF EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS AND FACILITATE THEIR MOVEMENT TO PERMANENT HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT WITH A LIVABLE WAGE, WHERE POSSIBLE; IN ADDITION TO ASSISTING THOSE THAT ARE UNEMPLOYABLE IN ACCESSING OTHER STREAMS OF INCOME, SUCH AS SSI AND SSDI.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY SHELTER, PERMANENT HOUSING WITH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, RAPID RE-HOUSING PROGRAM, CASE MANAGEMENT, DAILY MEAL, PHONE BANK, FOOD, SUPPORTIVE COUNSELING, EMPLOYMENT, MENTAL HEALTH, EDUCATIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TO THE CHRONICALLY HOMELESS, MENTALLY ILL, UNEMPLOYED AND OTHER SEVERLY DISADVANTAGED RESIDENTS OF THE METRO ATLANTA COMMUNITY IN A HOLISTIC AND TRUSTING ENVIRONMENT; GIVING ALL RECIPIENTS A FAVORABLE OPPORTUNITY FOR SUCCESS. FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2021 COMMUNITY CONCERNS, INC. SERVED OVER 500 CLIENTS THROUGH OUR HOUSING, MOTEL TO HOME AND FOOD PANTRY PROGRAMS. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED 48,000 OF IN-KIND SUPPORT FOR CONTRIBUTED FACILITIES TO CARRY OUT OPERATIONS AND PROGRAM ACTIVITIES.
