OPERATED PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION MINI-BUSES FOR THE CITY OF OAK RIDGE. COORDINATE EFFORTS WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORK FOR LOW-INCOME PERSONS.
