FOUNDED IN 1969, THE SIGHTLIFE EYE BANK IS THE ORGANIZATION'S MOST RECOGNIZED PROGRAM. TO DATE, SIGHTLIFE EYE BANK HAS PROVIDED CORNEAL TISSUE FOR APPROXIMATELY 36,294 SIGHT-RESTORING TRANSPLANTS AND HAS BECOME PROMINENT AS A LEADER AND PARTNER WITHIN THE EYE BANK COMMUNITY. AS ONE OF THE LEADING EYE BANKS IN THE WORLD, IT PROVIDES RECOVERY OF CORNEAL TISSUE FOR TRANSPLANT, DONATION SERVICES, RESEARCH SUPPORT AND FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAMS.
