PROVIDED SELF-EMPOWERMENT EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING WORKSHOPS FOR OVER 200 RURAL WOMEN IN SOUTHWEST GEORGIA TO HELP CREATE JOBS AND ENHANCE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES BY INCREASING LEADERSHIP, JOB TRAINING, AND OTHER WORK PLACE SKILLS.
PROVIDE NUMEROUS SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY: RAISE AWARENESS TO RACIAL ISSUES, PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING FOR SOCIALY DISADVANTAGED FARMERS, PROVIDE NUTRITION EDUCATION AND TRAINING, PROVIDE SCHOOL GARDENS AND FACILITATE PROVIDING LOCAL PRODUCE TO SCHOOL SYSTEMS.
