NON-DIRECT CHILD CARE- FUNDS PROVIDED TO AT-RISK AND/LOW-INCOME FAMILIES FOR SUPPORT FOR CHILD CARE SERVICES SUCH AS ELIGIBILTY DETERMINATION, TRAINING FOR PROVIDERS, AND RESOURCE AND REFERRAL SERVICES.
