THE GIRL SCOUT LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS BASED ON THREE KEYS OF LEADERSHIP, HELPING GIRLS: DISCOVER THEIR VALUES, INTERESTS AND UNIQUE TALENTS; CONNECT WITH OTHERS IN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS; AND TAKE ACTION TO MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE.

THROUGH MEMBERSHIP IN THE GIRL SCOUTS, GIRLS ARE PROVIDED AGE APPROPRIATE PROGRAMMING INCLUDING LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, CAMPING, DIVERSITY, COMMUNITY SERVICE AND BUSINESS LITERACY. GIRL SCOUTS ALSO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR ADULT VOLUNTEERS AND ADULTS SERVING IN MENTORING POSITIONS. THE MEMBERSHIP CONSISTS OF OVER 10,000 FEMALE STUDENTS AND ADULTS.
