IT IS ORGANIZED UNDER THE NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION LAW FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES. THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION SHALL BE TO PROMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL, CULTURAL, ARTISTIC, AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS FOR THE MAR VISTA COMMUNITY, TO PROMOTE THE UNIQUE IDENTITY OF AND FOSTER A SENSE OF COMMUNITY IN THE MAR VISTA COMMUNITY, TO SUPPORT LOCAL MAR VISTA CHARITIES, AND TO CARRY ON OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PURPOSE AS ALLOWED BY LAW.

COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS FOR ADULTS, SPACE FOR COMMUNITY GROUPS TO PRESENT AND SHARE THEIR INFORMATION AND ACTIVITIES WITH THE PUBLIC. MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT AND CULTURAL FOOD AND FESTIVAL CELEBRATIONS FOR THE WHOLE COMMUNITY.
