PLACEMENT OF ABUSED AND SPECIAL NEED CHILDREN IN FOSTER HOMES INCLUDING THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF FOSTER PARENTS.
THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES AN ADOPTION CENTER THAT WILL IDENTIFY A CHILD FOR ADOPTION,ARRANGE ADOPTIONS, AND SECURE CONSENT FOR TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS. THE ADOPTION CENTER WILL PERFORM A HOME STUDY AND REPORT ON PROSPECTIVE SDOPTIVE PARENTS AND/OR A BACKGROUND STUDY. THE CENTER WILL THEN PREPARE A REPORT ON A CHILD. THE CENTER WILL MONITOR A CASE AFTER A CHILD HAS BEEN PLACED. THE CENTER WILL ALSO ASSUME CUSTODY OF A CHILD, PROVIDE CHILDCARE, OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL SERIVCES.
