THE CHILD CARE PROGRAM FACILITATES THE ENROLLMENT AND EXPANDS ACCESS TO CHILD CARE SUBSIDIES FOR WORKING PARENTS EARNING UP TO 275% OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL, SO THAT THEY ARE AVAILABLE FOR EDUCATION AND SKILL TRAINING SERVICES.
