TROTTER HOUSE IS A GROUP FOSTER HOME FOR ADOLESCENT GIRLS AGES 12 TO 17. TROTTER HOUSE SERVES YOUNG GIRLS WHO HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THEIR HOMES AND REFERRED BY CHILD WELFARE OR THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEMS. THESE ADOLESCENT GIRLS ARE CHALLENGED IN MANY WAYS: MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, AND/OR EMOTIONALLY DUE TO ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR SOME OTHER TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE.
