ACCREDITATION & EDUCATIONAL SERVICES - ACHC IS A NATIONALLY-RECOGNIZED ACCREDITATION ORGANIZATION WITH CENTERS FOR MEDICARE AND MEDICAID SERVICES (CMS) DEEMING AUTHORITY FOR ACUTE CARE AND CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITALS, AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTERS, CLINICAL LABORATORIES, DMEPOS, END-STAGE RENAL DISEASE, HOME INFUSION THERAPY, HOME HEALTH AGENCIES, AND HOSPICE CENTERS. ADDITIONAL ACCREDITATION, CERTIFICATION, AND DISTINCTION PROGRAMS RECOGNIZE QUALITY IN ASSISTED LIVING, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, HOME CARE, INSPECTION SERVICES, PHARMACY (INCLUDING STERILE AND NON-STERILE COMPOUNDING), AND SLEEP TESTING. ACHC OFFERS EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING SERVICES, BOTH ATTENDED AND VIRTUAL, TO STRENGTHEN AND ENHANCE THE ABILITY OF PROVIDERS TO DELIVER QUALITY HEALTHCARE.
