TO PROVIDE A FREE COMMUNITY LIBRARY FOR RESIDENTS OF BLOWING ROCK, NORTH CAROLINA. IN THE PAST YEAR TOTAL BOOKS CHECKED OUT WERE 4100. 240 NEW ADULT BOOKS WERE PURCHASED ALONG WITH 128 CHILDREN'S BOOKS. ADDITIONALLY WE ADDED 188 NEW LIBRARY CARD HOLDERS.
