CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICE PROGRAMS PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE LOW INCOME AND UNDERPRIVELEDGED FAMILIES OF WEST VIRGINIA.
LOW INCOME HOUSING PROGRAMS PROVIDE HOUSING TO LOW INCOME AND THE UNDERPRIVELEGED CITIZENS OF WEST VIRGINIA.
LOW INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM WHICH WEATHERIZES THE HOMES OF LOW INCOME RESIDENTS TO REDUCE ENERGY COSTS AND TO PREVENT HAZARDOUS LIVING CONDITIONS.
LENDING PROGRAMS - PROVIDE LOANS TO SMALL BUSINESSES WHO MAY OTHERWISE NOT BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A LOAN THROUGH CONVENTIONAL CHANNELS.
