SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS; FUNDS LIST SPECIFIC CRITERIA BY WHICH RECIPIENTS ARE TO BE CHOSEN. THIS INCLUDES FINANCIAL NEED AND ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT. SCHOLARSHIP REVIEW COMMITTEES ARE ESTABLISHED BY THE FOUNDATION ACCORDING TO ITS 'SCHOLARSHIP POLICY', AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH H.R.4. MEMBERS TO SUCH COMMITTEES ARE APPROVED BY THE FOUNDATION'S BOARD ANNUALLY AND ASSIST IN THE REVIEW OF CANDIDATES BASED ON THE FUND'S SELECTION CRITERIA AND RECOMMEND RECIPIENTS TO THE FOUNDATION'S BOARD. ALL SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, SEX, OR CREED.
