IN THE NORMAL COURSE OF ITS BUSINESS THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF LOUISVILLE CORPORATE DEPOSITORY, INC. FISCALLY SPONSORS VARIOUS CHARITABLE PROJECTS IN THE LOUISVILLE METRO AREA. AT JUNE 30, 2022 THERE WERE 7 SUCH PROJECTS. EVERY PROJECT IS REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION AND IMPACT COMMITTEE AND BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS PRIOR TO ACTIVATION TO ENSURE PROPOSED PROJECTS ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION'S TAX EXEMPT MISSION, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
