OPERATE MULTI-PURPOSE HOMELESS SHELTER OFFERING CASE MANAGEMENT, MEDICAL/DENTAL CARE, MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE THERAPY, STREET OUTREACH, LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS, TRANSPORTATION AND OTHER BASIC NEEDS SUCH AS LAUNDRY, CLOTHING, TELEPHONE AND MAIL SERVICES AS WELL AS OPERATE JOB REFERENCE AND TRAINING CENTER OFFERING GENERAL COMPUTER INSTRUCTION, RESUME WRITING SKILLS, JOB SEARCH AND APPLICATION ASSISTANCE AND JOB POSTINGS.
