MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to operate health care facilities that are licensed to operate twenty-four hours per day and offer diagnostic and treatment services as well as emergency and critical care services for people who have illnesses or injuries which require immediate, short-term intervention.

MISSION:

THE MARSHALL UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION WAS CHARTERED ON JANUARY 3, 1947 AS AN INDEPENDENT NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION TO RECEIVE, INVEST, ADMINISTER AND DISBURSE PRIVATE RESOURCES ON BEHALF OF MARSHALL UNIVERSITY.

MISSION:

UNIVERSITY PHYSICIANS & SURGEONS, INC. IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION INCORPORATED IN THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA. THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE ORGANIZATION CONSISTS OF PHYSICIANS WHO ARE FACULTY MEMBERS OF THE MARSHALL UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE (MUSOM).REVENUES OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE USED FOR THE PUBLIC PURPOSE OF FURTHERING THE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE MUSOM AND ARE DERIVED PRINCIPALLY FROM BILLINGS FOR MEDICAL SERVICES FURNISHED BY THE ORGANIZATION'S MEMBERSHIP WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THEIR DUTIES AS FACULTY OF THE MUSOM.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide for the payment of life, sick, accident, or other benefits to the voluntary members of associations or their dependents or designated beneficiaries. This code is used exclusively for organizations exempt from federal taxes under 501(c)(9) of the Internal Revenue Code.

TO PROVIDE MEDICAL SERVICES TO MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED AREAS IN WEST VIRGINIA AND THE TRI-STATE AREA OF HUNTINGTON, WV AND IRONTON, OH.

THE PALLOTTINE SISTERS PROMOTE HUMAN\RELIGIOUS PROFESSIONAL AND ECONOMIC VALUES WHICH ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE TEACHINGS OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH.
