FAMILY SUPPORT-ESTABLISH A VOLUNTARY HOME VISITOR SYSTEM FOR NEW PARENTS TO HELP THEM GET OFF TO A GOOD START. THE TARGET POPULATION FOR THIS AREA IS EXPECTANT AND NEW PARENTS WHO ARE WILLING TO HAVE A HOME VISITOR.
TO BUILD COMPONENTS FOR STATE SYSTEM OF HOME FAMILY EDUCATION AND INFANT TODDLER MENTAL HEALTH MENTAL HEALTH TO SERVE WEST VIRGINIA'S YOUNGEST CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES
EDUCATION-PROVIDING EDUCATION TO THE PUBLIC ON CHILD ABUSE AND ITS PREVENTION THROUGH WORKSHOPS, PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS, CONFERENCES, TRAININGS AND COMMUNITY PRESENTATIONS.
