THE COMMUNITY OFFERS HOSPITALITY TO THOSE COMING FOR PERSONAL AND SMALL GROUP RETREATS AND HOLDS PROGRAM RETREATS CONNECTING THE NATURAL AND HUMAN WORLDS, SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE, PERMACULTURE, MEDITATIVE ARTS, AND COMMUNITY-BUILDING.
Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
RRSR PROGRAM RETREATS ENCOURAGE SPIRITUALITY IN NATURE AND COMMUNITY BUILDING. PERSONAL RETREATS PROVIDE OPPORTUNITY FOR REST AND REFLECTION AND CONNECTION WITH THE NATURAL WORLD. IN 2020, FAR FEWER INDIVIDUALS WERE ABLE TO COME IN PERSON ON RETREAT TO ROLLING RIDGE DUE TO RESTRICTIONS REQUIRED BY COVID-19, WHICH LIMITED NUMBERS IN OUR RETREAT HOUSE AND FORCED THE CANCELLATION OF IN PERSON RETREATS. WE ESTIMATE THAT 150 PEOPLE WERE SERVED BY OUR IN PERSON PROGRAM SERVICES AND HOSPITALITY. WE WERE ABLE TO MOVE SOME OF OUR PROGRAMMING ONLINE, AND ESTIMATE THAT 100 PEOPLE WERE ABLE TO LOG ON AND PARTICIPATE IN OUR ANNUAL "JOURNEY OF THE HEART" IN MARCH, AND 60 MORE IN A VIRTUAL WOMEN'S RETREAT IN SEPTEMBER, 2020.
ADMINISTER THE PROGRAM TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY AND OTHER REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
