COALITION BUILDING - DEVELOPS AND MAINTAINS THE INDUSTRY'S NETWORK OF KEY LOCAL PERSONNEL CONTACTS, AND COORDINATES INDUSTRY INITIATIVES AND CONCERNS WITH LOCAL INTERGOVERNMENTAL GROUPS, AS WELL AS BUILDING COALITIONS WITH CIVIL RIGHTS AND DIVERSITY GROUPS.
LEGISLATIVE - FUNDS ALL SPENDING TO INCLUDE LEGAL AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, TRAVEL AND ENTERTAINMENT AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES RELATED TO NCTA'S LEGISLATIVE EFFORTS.
REGULATORY - FUNDS ALL SPENDING ON ISSUES AT THE FCC, FTC AND OTHER AGENCIES, INCLUDING INDUSTRY PARTICIPATION AND EXPENSES FOR OUTSIDE COUNSEL FOR ALL RULEMAKINGS AND ADJUDICATORY PROCEEDINGS.
