MEMBERSHIP POLICY, PLANNING, AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS - APTS PROVIDES CONSISTENT LEADERSHIP AND INFORMATION THAT HELPS OUR MEMBERS BETTER ACCOMPLISH THEIR OWN MISSIONS AND GOALS. APTS PROMOTES THE LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY INTEREST OF NONCOMMERCIAL TELEVISION STATIONS AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL THROUGH EDUCATIONAL EFFORTS.
SPECIAL PROJECTS - APTS PROVIDES GRANT SERVICES CONNECTING NONCOMMERCIAL BROADCASTING STATIONS TO FUNDING SOURCES THROUGH CUSTOMIZED INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION, A CLEARINGHOUSE OF FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES, AND PROVIDING SPECIALIZED RESOURCES AND NEWS SPECIFICALLY RELATED TO PUBLIC MEDIA GRANT FUNDING.
