FOR THE BENEFIT OF SCHOLARS, STUDENTS, AND CHURCHILLIANS, ICS' ACTIVITIES, PUBLICATIONS, AND PROGRAMS ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH THE JOINT RESOURCES OF THE NATIONAL CHURCHILL LIBRARY AND CENTER AT THE GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY IN WASHINGTON, DC AND THE NATIONAL CHURCHILL MUSEUM AT WESTMINSTER COLLEGE IN FULTON, MISSOURI.

THOSE INCLUDES FINEST HOUR, THE JOURNAL OF WINSTON CHURCHILL, PUBLISHED QUARTERLY AND AVAILABLE TO ITS MEMBERS IN BOTH PRINT AND DIGITAL EDITIONS, AND THE MONTHLY NEWSLETTER CHURCH BULLETIN. IN ADDITION, ICS PROVIDES INFORMATION ABOUT THE LIFE OF CHURCHILL ON ITS WEBSITE.
ANNUAL CONFERENCE - ICS' LOCAL CHAPTERS IN OVER FORTY CITIES AROUND THE WORLD HOLD REGULAR MEETINGS AND DINNERS, HOST AUTHOR LECTURES AND ENGAGE WITH STUDENTS AND TEACHERS IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. FOR OVER THIRTY YEARS, SCHOLARS, STUDENTS AND CHURCHILLIANS FROM AROUND THE WORLD HAVE GATHERED AT ITS HIGHLY POPULAR INTERNATIONAL CHURCHILL CONFERENCES HELD EACH YEAR IN THE NORTH AMERICA OR THE UNITED KINGDOM.
