ADDITIONALLY, WORKING TO PROMOTE PROJECT DELIVERY IMPROVEMENTS, STREAMLINGING, AND REDUCING ROADWAY PERMITING TIME WHILE ENSURING ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP.
BUILDS POLITICAL SUPPORT FOR ADDITIONAL HIGHWAY FUNDING, PROVISIONS TO SEPARATE THE HIGHWAY TRUST FUND FROM OTHER ELEMENTS OF THE FEDERAL BUDGET, AND OTHER PRO-MOBILITY POLICIES ADVOCATED BY OUR MEMBERS.
