NACA'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE JUSTICE FOR ALL CONSUMERS BY MAINTAINING A FORUM FOR COMMUNICATION, NETWORKING, AND INFORMATION SHARING AMONG CONSUMER ADVOCATES ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND BY SERVING AS A VOICE FOR ITS MEMBERS AND CONSUMERS IN THE ONGOING STRUGGLE TO CURB UNFAIR OR ABUSIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

RAISING & PROVIDING FUNDING FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN BY THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CONSUMER ADVOCATES, INC. (NACA), INCLUDING PROMOTING JUSTICE FOR CONSUMERS, PROMOTING THEIR LEGAL RIGHTS, EDUCATING THE CONSUMER PUBLIC, FACILITATING COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CONSUMERS, CONSUMER ADVOCATES AND CONSUMER ATTORNEYS, AND ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES TO EXPOSE AND CURB ABUSIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES THAT AFFECT CONSUMERS. EMPHASIS WILL BE PLACED ON SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES THAT IMPACT ON THE MOST VULNERABLE CONSUMERS LOW INCOME, ELDERLY, UNDERPRIVILEGED; AND IN SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN BY NACA IN AN EFFORT TO END DISCRIMINATION AGAINST CONSUMERS, AND TO DEFEND CONSUMER RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW.
IN ADDITION TO RAISING AND PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THOSE NACA ACTIVITIES TO WHICH A CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION DEDUCTIBLE UNDER THE RELEVANT SECTIONS OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE CAN BE MADE, THE NACA CHARITABLE FUND WILL UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE THAT THE RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS ARE PROMOTED, AND TO EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND CONSUMERS ABOUT RIGHTS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ISSUES AFFECTING CONSUMERS.
