DUES ARE COLLECTED FROM MEMBERS IN EXCHANGE FOR INFORMATION AND OTHER SOURCES, AND FEDERAL ADVOCACY ON ISSUES OF IMPORTANCE TO SHIPPERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS.
