THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT PROVIDES LEGAL HOTLINE SERVICES TO MEMBERS, STAFFS THE STATEWIDE FORMS, COMMERCIAL AND REAL PROPERTY OPERATIONS COMMITTEES AND DELIVERS PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS TRAINING TO LOCAL BOARDS. THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT STAFF ALSO VISITS COMPANY OFFICES FOR INFORMAL MEETINGS TO PROVIDE UPDATES AND SUPPLIES INSTRUCTORS FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES REQUIRED BY MARYLAND REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW. THE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT ADMINISTERS AND MONITORS THE REALTOR INSTITUTE PROGRAM THROUGHOUT THE STATE, THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY, AND ASSISTED MARS MEDIATION PROVIDER WITH EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT.
