TO ASSURE THAT EVERY WORKER ENOYS THE FULL BENEFIT OF IBEW REPRESENTATION AND MEMBERSHIP FOR A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE. TO ACHIEVE THE POWER TO SET THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT OF EVERY WORKER FOR A BETTER STANDARD OF LIVING.
