THE ASSOCIATION SEEKS TO ASSIST ITS MEMBERS TO ACHIEVE THEIR HIGHEST ASPIRATIONS. THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO IMPROVE CONDITIONS OF LABOR WITH USPS, ADVANCE THE METHODS USED BY RURAL LETTER CARRIERS AND PROMOTE FRATERNAL SPIRIT AMONG ITS MEMBERS.

NATIONAL STEWARD SYSTEM: REPRESENTATION PROVIDED FOR IN THE NATIONAL AGREEMENT IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE NATIONAL STEWARD SYSTEM. NRLCA REPRESENTATIVES/STEWARDS PROCESS GRIEVANCES AND APPEALS THROUGH THE GRIEVANCE-ARBITRATION PROCEDURE.
THE 118TH NATIONAL CONVENTION OF NRLCA WAS HELD IN ORLANDO, FL SEPTEMBER 6-9, 2022. HISTORICALLY, ATTENDEES GATHERED TO PLAN, DISCUSS, AND DISSEMINATE INFORMATION REGARDING THE ISSUES, CONCERNS, AND FUTURE GOALS OF THE POSTAL WOK FORCE. IN ADDITION, REPRESENTATIVES FROM EACH STATE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ANNUAL ELECTION OF NRLCA'S OFFICERS AS PART OF THE ANNUAL CONVENTION.
