THE MISSION OF THE STUDIO AT 620 INC. IS TO PROVIDE A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE CAN EXPERIENCE ARTISTIC AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN INNOVATIVE WAYS. IT IS THE GOAL OF THE ORGINATION TO: 1) BRING PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE CULTURAL BACKGROUNDS AND EXPERIENCES TOGETHER AS ARTISTS, AUDIENCES AND VOLUNTEERS 2) WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH ARTISTIC, EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS IN AND BEYOND OUR COMMUNITY AND 3) DEVELOP ARTISTIC AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT INTEGRATE A VARIETY OF ART FORMS IN ORDER TO ENCOURAGE NEW CULTURAL EXPENRIENCES BOTH FOR THE AUDIENCE AND THE ARTISTS.

PERFORMING EMERGING ARTS - ARTISTS (MUSICIANS, PLAYS, POETRY READING) CAN SHOW THEIR WORK. THESE EMERGING PERFORMING ARTISTS WOULD BE ABLE TO BE SHOWN OTHERWISE. ADMISSION IS CHARGED TO COVER COSTS. MIDTOWN THROUGH OUR EYES IS A ONE MONTH PART OF THIS PURPOSE. NO ADMISSION IS CHARGED.
