IT IS AN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE BOOK THAT CHRONICLES THE POLICIES IMPLEMENTED AND PROGRAMS ENGAGED IN BY THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION WITH THE AFRICAN CONTINENT'S LEADERS AND PEOPLE.
