PROGRAMS: THE INTERNATIONAL LAW INSTITUTE CONDUCTS A SERIES OF TRAINING PROGRAMS ANNUALLY. PROGRAM CONTENT SPECIALIZES IN LEGAL, ECONOMIC, MANAGEMENT, LEGISLATIVE AND GOVERNANCE MATTERS AND IS GEARED FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, ACADEMICS, LEGAL AND OTHER PRIVATE SECTOR PROFESSIONALS.
PROJECTS: ILI SERVES AS AN ADVISOR TO PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS IN MANY AREAS, INCLUDING, AMONG OTHERS: NEGOTIATIONS AND SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS, SUCH AS THE DRAFTING OF AGREEMENTS; FOCUSED STUDIES; THE REVISION OF REGULATIONS; CONTRACT STANDARDIZATION; LEGISLATIVE DRAFTING; PROCUREMENT, AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT.ILI DRAWS ON ITS VERY LARGE NETWORK OF ALUMNI, FACULTY AND ADVISORS TO DISPATCH TEAMS WELL-SUITED TO THE PARTICULAR CHALLENGE AT HAND, AND IS PLEASED TO BE ABLE TO OFFER TAILORED SOLUTIONS IN RESPONSE TO INFORMAL INQUIRIES AS WELL AS SOLICITATIONS OF BIDS FOR CONSULTING WORK.ILI MAINTAINS A CONSORTIUM OF TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS FROM ACROSS THE GLOBE TO ASSESS, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT OUR TECHNICAL PROJECTS. CONSULTANTS ARE RECRUITED FROM GOVERNMENT SECTOR SPECIALISTS, TECHNICAL EXPERTS AND CONSULTANTS FROM DONOR ORGANIZATIONS, PARTNERS FROM TOP GLOBAL LAW FIRMS, SENIOR EXECUTIVES FROM PRIVATE SECTOR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS, AND ACADEMICS FROM PRESTIGIOUS UNIVERSITIES. THE SELECTION OF ILI TECHNICAL TEAMS IS BASED ON BALANCING SCHOLARLY TRAINING WITH GLOBAL BEST PRACTICES AND PRACTICAL APPLICATION FROM THE FOREMOST PRACTITIONERS. ILI MAINTAINS A HIGHLY FLEXIBLE AND ADAPTIVE RESOURCE BASE TO QUICKLY COMMIT TO AND EXPERTLY ADMINISTER THE NEEDS OF ITS CLIENTELE. ILI HAS A UNIQUE ABILITY TO STRUCTURE TEAMS TO SUPPORT TRAINING AND PROJECTS FROM 1 DAY TO 4 YEARS, WHILE MAINTAINING CONTINUITY OF DELIVERABLES.
